Our story began in 1965, when Pack Lane Wool first opened its doors as a dedicated wool shop. Over the decades, it has remained a place where creativity, craftsmanship, and community come together. More than 30 years ago, we, three sisters, took over the business from a family member, and we’ve been proudly serving our customers ever since.

At Pack Lane Wool, we specialise in everything to do with knitting and crochet. From beautiful yarns in every shade and texture to essential haberdashery and accessories, we aim to provide everything you need for your next project, whether you’re a complete beginner or a lifelong maker.

One of the things we love most is seeing how knitwear fashion evolves. Trends come and go, and we’ve had the joy of watching styles change over the years, only to come back around again with a fresh twist. It’s a reminder that handmade never goes out of style.
